I found this book to be very informative, inspirational, and do-able. Basically, you have to be open-minded to change with respect to diet and lifestyle. But nothing in this book requires drastic change, extreme work-outs, or pressure. On the contrary, Martina encourages readers to gradually adopt changes to your diet and physical activity levels for improved health and fitness. I love this book. I have been following her food program now for two weeks and the recipes are delicious! I’ll admit that I am a vegetarian and was already into eating organic before I bought this book, so it was easier for me to adapt, but I have learned many new things and ways to enjoy vegetables and fruits.
